Company Ethics
Fusion Studios is built on a set of principles that go beyond deliverables and deadlines. This page outlines how we operate, what we stand for, and what you can expect from us in every interaction. These aren’t aspirational statements — they’re the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
Who We Are
Fusion Studios is a creative and production company based in the Quad Cities. We work with businesses, churches, nonprofits, and organizations across a five-state region to build brands, tell stories, and solve real problems through design, technology, and media.
We started from a group of friends with a shared vision and we’ve grown into a full-service team — but the core of how we operate hasn’t changed. We’re still the same people, doing the work, showing up for our clients, and building things we’re proud of.
We Say What We Mean
Honesty is non-negotiable for us. If a project is outside our skill set, we’ll tell you. If your timeline isn’t realistic, we’ll say so before we start — not after we’ve missed it. If something goes wrong, we own it and fix it.
We don’t pad proposals, inflate deliverables, or promise results we can’t back up. You’ll always know where your project stands.
We Protect What You Share With Us
When you bring us into your organization, you’re trusting us with your brand, your vision, and sometimes your internal challenges. We treat that seriously.
- Client information and project details stay internal
- We never share your work publicly without your explicit permission
- We never use your project to promote ourselves without your sign-off
- Conversations about your organization stay between us
We Price Fairly
A significant part of our client base is churches, ministries, and nonprofits. We know what it means to operate on a tight budget with a big mission. We don’t have one price for corporations and another for everyone else — we build proposals around what the work actually requires and what makes sense for where you are.
If something is out of reach right now, we’ll tell you what it would take and help you think through a realistic path forward.
We Show Up
Deadlines are commitments. If something shifts on our end, you’ll hear from us early — not the day something was due. We respond to messages. We follow through on what we say. We don’t disappear when a project gets complicated.
The relationship doesn’t end when the invoice is paid — we’re still available, still invested, and still accountable.
We Do Work We’re Proud Of
Everything that leaves our shop has our name on it. That means we hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond just getting it done. We’d rather take extra time, have an honest conversation, or push back on a direction we don’t think will serve you well.
Our reputation is built on the quality of what we put out — not just the volume of it.
Faith Shapes How We Operate
We’re not a religious organization, but faith is part of our foundation. It shows in how we treat people — with patience, honesty, and genuine care for the outcome. We believe work done with integrity is worth doing. We believe the people we serve deserve our best effort.
We believe that doing right by others is its own reward, regardless of the size of the contract.
Who We Work With
We work with clients across Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Our client base includes small businesses, churches, nonprofits, startups, and established organizations that need a creative partner they can actually rely on.
We don’t require you to be a certain size or have a certain budget to work with us. We do require that the relationship is built on mutual respect and clear communication — and that goes both ways.
What We Won’t Do
- Take on work that conflicts with our values
- Produce content that demeans, deceives, or exploits
- Make promises we can’t keep just to close a deal
- Treat clients like a number on a spreadsheet
- Pretend everything is fine when it isn’t
- Disappear after a project is delivered
Our Commitment to the Quad Cities
This is our home. We were built here, we operate here, and we care about what happens here. That means we invest in local relationships, support community organizations, and try to be a business that makes the Quad Cities better — not just one that does business in it.
When you work with Fusion Studios, you’re working with people who have a stake in this community.
